A colour explosion! We are learning about Wassily Kandinsky who was one of the founders of Abstract art.
Art doesn't always need to 'look like something'. It can be about letting our imaginations go crazy and filling the space with lines and colours.
We are learning to mix control and 'random'. We have drawn lines, filled the spaces with controlled colour, and topped it all off with splatters and stamps with toothbrushes and forks!
